First you download a program called BlueBerry Flashback Express, this program allows you to record any region of the screen. Next you open up Xaos (a fractal image producer), play around with the program until you get a desired image. Then you put the zoom tool on autopilot and start recording. After you save the video of the fractal art, you import it into Windows Movie Maker and drag it into the timeline along with some free music.
